Dr. Constantian is a Graduate of Columbia College, Dartmouth Medical School, and the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He has been in private practice in southern New Hampshire for more than 34 years and was only the second private practice plastic surgeon in the state. Although he still performs facial, hand, and breast surgery, approximately 90% of Dr. Constantian’s practice is cosmetic and reconstructive nasal surgery. Dr. Constantian is Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at the University of Wisconsin, and had held academic appointments at Harvard and Dartmouth Medical Schools. Dr. Constantian has been cited in Allure Magazine, The New York Times, and Ladies Home Journal’s More Magazine as one of the top rhinoplasty surgeons in the country. He has also been listed yearly since 2001 in Castle Connolly’s Guide to America’s Top Doctors. Dr. Constantian is the author of the recently-published 2-volume textbook, Rhinoplasty: Craft and Magic.
Dr. Constantian maintains his private practice at 19 Tyler Street in Nashua, and is Past President of the New England Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons, and The Rhinoplasty Society. He is the author of more than 60 published papers and 25 book chapters. Dr. Constantian and his wife, Charlotte, reside in southern New Hampshire.
