About The Rhinoplasty Society
The Rhinoplasty Society is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the open exchange of innovative ideas and techniques concerning rhinoplastic surgery. Membership in this organization consists of surgeons around the world who specialize in noses. The group was founded in 1996 by a group of 22 plastic surgeons who were deeply committed to rhinoplasty, one of the most challenging aesthetic procedures of all. Since then, The Rhinoplasty Society has continued to foster knowledge and dedication among rhinoplasty professionals.
For patients, the group exists as a source of information regarding rhinoplasty procedures and the varying approaches to nasal reconstruction. Patients can find a nasal surgery expert by searching in the "Find A Surgeon" section of the site. All members are board-certified by either the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the American Board of Facial Plastic Surgery, or the American Board of Otolaryngology. Beyond the board certification, members are considered for membership according to their credentials and performance.
