REGISTANTS:Plastic, facial plastic surgeons specializing in rhinoplasty. Attendance continues to grow each year with 100+ rhinoplasty surgeons from around the world present at the TRS Annual Meeting.
EXHIBIT SPECIFICATIONS:Each exhibit will be displayed on one (1) 6’ draped table top. Two chairs will be supplied at each table for the reps. Each company must stay within their 6’ space. No additional tables/chairs are allowed in or around your exhibit space. You will be responsible for ordering/paying for electric and/or internet connection, if needed at your table. No space will be held until application and payment have been received. Information required for ordering electric/internet will be forwarded upon receipt of paid application.
SPACE ALLOCATION AND ASSIGNMENT:Space will be assigned in the order paid applications are received. No space will be reserved and no company will be considered an exhibitor, nor listed in the printed meeting materials until the completed application and payment are received.
STAFFING:The exhibit fee allows one (1) company representative to staff the table. Additional reps may be added to the application for the fee of $150 each.
MEETING ATTENDANCE:All registered reps are welcome to attend the educational program as our guests.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:Materials for your exhibit may be shipped to arrive no more than three (3) days prior to the meeting. Shipping information will be provided as soon as available.
EXHIBIT SET-UP / DISMANTLING:Exhibitors will have access to the exhibit room on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 6:00-7:00am for set-up. Breakdown will begin after the mid-afternoon break, however, we will have the President’s Reception in the Exhibit Hall immediately following the adjournment of the scientific program. You are invited to join us for the reception and may wish to remain set up for the social hour, although, it is not required that you do so.
EXHIBIT HOURS:We try to provide the optimum time available for our attendees to visit the exhibitors. This will include during breakfast 7:00-7:50am, 30-minute mid-morning break, lunch 12:00-1:30pm, 30-minute mid-afternoon break, as well as, the 1-hour reception immediately following the program. Times are estimates and will be on the program once finalized, as well as, in the on-site program book.
HOTEL INFORMATION:To receive the group rate for your hotel stay, make your room reservations on The Aesthetic Society’s website through OnPeak and should be several hotels to choose from.
CANCELLATIONS:Once formal application has been made, cancellations must be furnished via email to [email protected]. Cancellations received by February 28th will be eligible for a refund less $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received March 1-March 31, will receive a refund less $250 administrative fee. Cancellations received April 1st and after, or no-shows, no refund will be issued.
